The rooms are fabulous and perfect, with an in-room safe, separate lounge, and a dining area.

The breakfast was more than adequate and with excellent roast beef, the staff was so efficient. The staff was willing to help, the location was absolutely perfect. There was an a la carte restaurant nearby:))) 

We had absolutely gorgeous and attractive room that was kept clean and available with a pull out couch, a great view. We greatly enjoyed sitting at the lobby during breakfast.

It had unpleasant views.

Nicely decorated rooms with the mini bar as well as toiletries and brand new features, for instance, nice pool.

Our room was fashionable and good sized with a well-stocked mini bar, a nice balcony, and a living room. The staff were super-friendly, favourable and stunning location in the main plaza.

Large bedroom. Friendly check in and late check out. Very good internet, parking on-site. Caring staff, unbeatable and absolutely incredible location in a cave with access from the lazy river.

It's a high-clasship new hotel nestled in an elegant style building. The room is well-equipped and very well decorated with an astonishing view of the ocean.

The breakfast was delicious and extraordinary at the pasta; the location was favourable! I was given a stylish and reasonably large room with with the balcony, a large closet plus AC.

Thoroughly enjoyed this safe hotel with really helpful and very caring staff with a wheelchair towards the Diamond Club pool area.

They have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with fresh flowers on the towels and jacuzzi and the bedroom and care about everyone.

An in-room safe, separate lounge, and a dining area in the room, marvellous and stunning location. Packed breakfast on orange juice, I liked it. Free parking onsite provided. Kindness of the stuff.

Beds were very uncomfortable.

I stayed in the room that was kept clean and available with big TV screen, a bedroom. The staff was kind and energetic, everything was very easy. The service here was spectacular. Besides, there was parking 

The location was good, not very far from Splash Water Park. The service was top-notch, the staff was willing to help. We had a large room with a balcony, appreciated it.
